Horsepower matches last year's model. The suspension of the 2015 CR-V got overhaul; the steering ratio is tighter than before. Also of note both the 17- and 18-inch wheels are a half-inch wider than the 2014 model - giving the new CR-V a wider track. The brakes also receive an update for improved control.
The CR-V gets a serious does of the Honda Accord's flavor in the front-end styling, including Accord-like headlights displayed prominently. The rear of the vehicle is also slightly changed. Inside the 2015 CR-V's you will find a spacious cabin. In fact, Honda's "compact" SUV has one of the largest cargo spaces in the segment with 35.2 cubic feet of cargo space with the backseat up. Put the seats down and you will get a maximum of 70.9 cubic feet of cargo space. Higher trim levels get a nice new chrome trim and the center console offers new multimedia offerings.
The Honda CR-V continues to receive the most up to date safety technology available. A forward collision warning system is capable of recognizing pedestrians. When a collision is detected, a warning will alert the driver and a collision mitigation braking system will activate to apply the brakes.
